Metal Fabrication Services

We provide precision laser cutting for ferrous and non-ferrous materials including steel, stainless steel, aluminum, copper, and brass. 

Laser Cutting Capabilities:
- Fiber Lasers up to 12 KW watts of high-speed cutting power with full automation.

We have an extensive variety of standard and custom punching tools. We can punch up to 0.135" mild steel with either of our punching machines. We can also handle up to a 60" x 176" sheet.

Punching Capabilities:
- Punch/Laser combo machine with full touchless lights out automation
- Turret Punches

Our advanced forming department is equipped with press brakes and automated panel benders, allowing our in-house technicians to maintain maximum efficiency while solving complex bending and forming challenges with precision and consistency.

Press Brake Capabilities:
- Parts up to 13' bending length (material thicknesses up to 1/2" depending on part geometry and bend length).

- Up to 250 Tons 

- Manual & automated robotic press brakes

Panel Bending Capabilities:

- Automated panel bending up to 60" x 120"
- Up to 1/8" thickness capability

ALT offers comprehensive welding and finishing services as part of our full-service metal fabrication capabilities. Our experienced team specializes in robotic and manual welding processes including MIG, TIG, spot, press, butt, “T”, and stud welding for a wide range of complex assemblies and production requirements.

ALT provides flexible assembly and packaging services ranging from simple component assemblies to complete turnkey machine assemblies. Our capabilities include riveting, PEM® installation, bolting, adhesive bonding, hose fitting, TOG-L-LOC®, electrical assembly, and snap-lock assembly.

Typical applications include vehicle upfits, data center equipment, generator enclosures, docking stations, brackets, and custom fabricated assemblies.

To streamline your supply chain, we also offer packaging to customer specifications and leverage a trusted network of secondary service providers for machining, plating, painting, screen printing, and other value-added services.

ALT offers advanced powder coating services for projects ranging from prototype development to high-volume production. Our state-of-the-art finishing systems are designed to accommodate everything from small components to large fabricated assemblies, delivering durable, high-performance finishes that meet demanding application requirements.
