Powder Coating & Assembly

We provide advanced in-house powder coating capabilities designed to meet a wide range of project needs. From small components to large-scale parts, and from prototyping to high-volume production, our systems are built to deliver consistent, high-performance finishes—whether standard or specialized coatings are required.

Our assembly capabilities are equally versatile, including methods such as riveting, PEM insertion, bolting, adhesive bonding, hose fitting, Tog-L-Loc, electrical assembly, and snap-lock connections.

With our two in-house systems and large part window capabilities we can handle w wide range of part sizes.

Our fully automated powder coating line features a 5-stage hi-tech nanotech (phosphate & chrome-free) pre-treatment system and single/dual coat capabilities with our dual spray-booth setup.

Our large batch powder coating line with dual ovens can handle large and heavy parts and offers both iron-phosphate and nano-tech pretreatment options.

Finishing

Capabilities

Our In-House Finishing capabilities support parts up to 20 feet in length with a capacity of up to 1,000 pounds, allowing us to handle a wide range of project sizes. We offer a full range of high-performance finishes including AAMA 2604/2605 flouropolymer coatings in 1 or 2 coat systems, all supported by a certified and environmentally friendly 5-stage pre-treatment system featuring the latest nano-tech technology and pure RO water rinsing to ensure optimal surface preparation and long-lasting high- performance finishes, even for coastal areas. In addition we offer rugged commercial coatings that can handle even the most challenging specifications. Anodizing, plating, and other architectural finishes such as PVDF are also available.
