Our Capabilities

Lasers: We can cut up to 1" mild steel, 3/4" stainless steel and 1/2" aluminum. We also have in-house laser technicians to minimize any downtime. Our marking laser can etch on any metal, wood, plastic, glass, leather, mirrors and more. It is great for marking part and/or serial numbers, and promotional gifts. We can even burn photos into wooden plaques.

Bending: With the latest technology in large folding machinery we are capable of handling parts ranging in size from large components with lengths up to 13 feet down to a small part that can be held in the palm of your hand. Our panel bender is capable of forming complicated panels up to 78.8" x 59.1" x 5" in steel up to 0.08", stainless steel up to 0.05" and aluminum up to 0.118" thick.

Punching:: We can punch up to 0.25" mild steel with either of our punching machines. We can also handle a 60" x 120" sheet without a reposition.

Other Services: We also offer full fabrication services, which include welding, spotwelding, PEM hardware inserting, sawing, powder painting, screen printing and full assembly of turnkey products.

Quality Systems: We are an ISO 9002 accredited manufacturer. We also have a fully integrated manufacturing system that allows us to track any component ­ in real time ­ through our manufacturing system. This enables us to give instant feedback to our customers.
