Press Brake Technician is responsible for loading programs and tooling and setting up and operating all brake press equipment with a high level of technical knowledge and proficiency.
Must have:
- High level understanding of current brake componentry, tooling, and interface software and has the ability to operate all in-house machinery at an advanced level
- High level understanding of the safety limitations of brake tooling and common safety concerns of press brakes in general
- High level understanding of commonly used sheet metal alloys and their properties as relative to performing and bending
- Oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work with others in a team oriented environment
- Ability to focus and stay productive without direct supervision
- Ability to perform beyond the minimum job requirements and expectations
- Ability to operate deburring and other equipment for extended periods of time
- Ability to take ownership of your decisions and take responsibility for their outcome
- Ability to travel when required
Panel Specialist is responsible for final operations, finishing, final inspection, and packaging of panels to customer specifications.
Must have:
- Knowledge of current department machine componentry and tooling
- Ability to keep machines operating at a basic level
- Knowledge of the safety limitations of department machines
- Knowledge of commonly used materials and techniques and the finishing specifications of each
- Oral and written communication skills
- Team player
- Ability to perform beyond the minimum job requirements and expectations
- Ability to operate deburring and other equipment for extended periods of time
- Ability to take ownership of your decisions and take responsibility for their outcome
- Ability to travel when required
